Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Finance Controlling for 4 Foreign Subsidiaries

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of experience in our Finance team as a Finance Controller. This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial oversight and management for a group of four subsidiaries, collectively generating a cumulative turnover exceeding INR 1000 Crores for their four foreign subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis:
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for the assigned subsidiaries.
• Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and prepare insightful management reports.
• Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for the subsidiaries.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and provide corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and implement financial models for business planning and decision-making.
• Financial Control & Compliance:
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards (Ind AS), tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Strategic Financial Planning:
• Provide strategic financial advice and support to business leaders within the subsidiaries.
• Analyze business opportunities and evaluate their financial viability.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic financial plans.
• SAP HANA Expertise:
• Strong working knowledge of SAP HANA for financial reporting and analysis.
• Leverage SAP HANA to generate insightful reports and dashboards.
• Telecom Industry Experience:
• Prior experience in the Telecom industry is highly preferred.
• Understanding of the unique financial challenges and requirements of the Telecom sector.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• 5-10 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role, preferably in a large corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of Ind AS and other relevant accounting standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
