Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to be a vital part of the Finance vertical. As a top- performing leader you should be driven, self-motivated and highly passionate about working in the Ed-tech space. You'll work closely with a diverse group of people coming from both leading MNCs such as McKinsey, BCG, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, and startups such as Byju, Paytm etc. to establish, nurture, and grow business across categories & territories. What will you do :

1. Oversee the Finance and accounts function with Tax compliance end-to-end (using team and consultants)

2. Ensure proper running of the following; KRAs - Accounts, Planning, Big 4 Audits, Controls, treasury management and processes

3. Accounts Payable (AP) Management: Oversee AP processes, ensuring timely payments to vendors and managing cash outflows.

4. Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Ensure timely invoicing and collection of payments, maintaining healthy cash inflows and ageing reports.

5. Monitor cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate resources for business operations.

6. Apply the right processes around revenue/gross margin and EBITA reporting on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis as per requirements; ensuring sanctity of the reports

7. Audit & Tax: Coordinate audits and ensure timely and accurate tax filings.

8. Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements

What will you need:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CA preferred)

2. Proven experience in Team handling.

3. Good analytical, communication, automation/process mindset, with prior experience in handling 3X+ growth in a year
