Role & responsibilities

Operations Management:

- Maintain 100% accuracy in transaction processing and documentation.

- Address operational issues within 24 hours to avoid disruptions.

Data Management for Transactions:

- Ensure transaction data accuracy and consistency across platforms.

- Conduct weekly data checks to maintain 99% data accuracy.

Direct Account Management:

- Manage and support direct accounts effectively to meet revenue and service targets.

- Achieve a 95% satisfaction rate from direct accounts through regular follow-ups and support.

- Reviewing partner contracts, ensuring they are signed from both ends and maintaining the contract drive.

Weekly Meetings for Data Sanity Checks:

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency with BDMs through regular meetings.

- Hold weekly check-in meetings with assigned BDMs to discuss data integrity.

Process Training for New Joiners:

- Deliver comprehensive training to ensure new joiners understand and follow operational processes.

- Conduct training sessions within the first week of joining for each new employee.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/MBA, preferably in the field of business, economics or management.
• Minimum 1 years of experience oversee smooth operations for transactions and Processing the transactions
