We are looking for a motivated and results-driven In-House Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, handling inquiries, promoting products/services, and closing sales deals within the office environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate and convert leads into sales.
Provide detailed product or service information to potential and existing clients.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare and present customized sales proposals and quotations.
Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, inquiries, and closed deals.
Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide feedback and market insights to the sales manager to refine strategies.
Coordination and Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Attend product or sales training sessions to stay updated on offerings and market trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in an in-house or telesales environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
