Executive / Senior Executive - Sales

Work Experience Required : - FRESHER / EXPERIENCE

Qualification : - Any Degree / Plus 2

Reports to : - Assistant Manager / Floor Manager

Supervises : - Customer relationship, counter sales, product

Purpose of the Job : -

• Responsible for managing counter sales by displaying designs for customers, persuade customers to buy through selling and cross selling skills, and assist them in selection. Ensure safety of the display stocks.

Sales Process : -

• Ensure hospitality to customer by giving a warm welcome and make them feel comfortable. (Customer Service 1 - Greeting, 2 - Seating, 3 Offering )
• Understand customer requirements, purchase pattern and show appropriate stock.
• Explain product details.
• Assist customer in product selection.
• Offer the customer refreshments.
• Improve sales by cross selling and up selling products to customers
• On receipt of confirmation from the customer, take the estimation slip & will hand it over at the cash /billing counter for payment.
• If any negotiation, customer to be introduced to the respective floor manager who will explain the pricing policy & convince customer.
• During the sales transaction explain about our Purchase Plan and convince them to join in the scheme before closing the sale.
• Check service tray, calculator, rough pad, scale, ring stick, sizer etc., are in 1 place.
• Escort the customer till the cash counter and introduce to the GM.

Reporting & MIS : -

• Participate in daily review meetings conducted by the Manager.
• Provide feedback on the movement of new designs in the Showroom and Customer Expectation.
