What You Will Do :
- Needs to Manage the assigned Collection Agency.
- Ensuring assigned targets are achieved
- Interact with High Risk customers and get the account resolved
- Needs to Co ordinate with Collection Manager or Bucket Manager and make sure the required process is followed or implemented.
- Needs to follow up on the Dialer Calls on requirement
- Ensure the entire portfolio is attempted.Making sure the agency is giving required intensity and follow up.
