Collections Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage collections process from start to finish, ensuring timely recovery of personal loans and unsecured loans.
  
• Oversee bucket management, including creating new buckets and managing existing ones.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies for debt recovery through various channels (phone calls, emails, SMS).
  
• Monitor collection performance metrics such as DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and TAT (Turnaround Time) to optimize processes.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Collection Management or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of Personal Loans, Unsecured Loans, PL & UL products.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
