Job Description
- Recruit and train the collections team for effective collections recovery
- Monitor review the activities of the regional collections teams for the achievement of collections targets
- Ensure adherence to collection processes in the region, i.e., system allocation, tracking, monitoring delayed cash deposition; identifying reporting fraudulent practices
- Execute collection strategies at the area level for efficient collections and recovery of outstanding loans
- Monitor and ensure adherence to collection process and report the fraudulent practices of agencies / agents
- Submit recommendations to regional collections manager for discontinuing agencies based on performance

- Partner with local sales credit to ensure quality sourcing
- Responsible for managing delinquency across buckets and maintain the delinquency rates within monthly, yearly targets
- Oversee and manage the team of Collection executives in the region
- Undertake regular customer visits for follow up and collection of overdue payments
- Obtain daily updates from all collection executives on delinquent portfolio initiate detailed account level review of high ticket accounts
- Provide weekly, monthly follow up reports for all delinquent accounts in the portfolio
- Coordinate with law firms, initiate legal actions against NPA accounts, re possession and sale of property
- Empanel manage Debt Collection Agencies, Cheque Pick up agencies and law firms
- Effectively manage up skill the Collection team along with allocation of workload
- Any other responsibility as may be assigned from time to time by the Competent Authority.
