Collections Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage collections process from start to finish, ensuring timely recovery of personal loans and unsecured loans.
  
• Oversee debt recovery operations, including bucket management and X-bucket handling.
  
• Develop strategies for improving collection efficiency and reducing delinquency rates.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to loan repayment.
  
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collections process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in Collection Management or a similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of low ticket rate products such as Personal Loans (PL) & Unsecured Loans (UL).
  
• Proficiency in managing multiple buckets within the collection cycle.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle complex customer interactions.
