Content Writer

Job Responsibilities

● Collaborate with the Marketing, Product & UX teams to identify, plan, and create user communication lifecycles

● Develop clear & concise content for various communication channels/modes, including emails, SMS, app notifications,whatsapp, etc & set up using internal tools

● Actively manage and analyze content marketing metrics like open rate, click rate and make changes as needed

● Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas & conduct online experiments (A/B testing)

● Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations

Skills/Requirements

● Should be a self-starter with high energy, willing to adapt in a fast-paced evolving work culture ● Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, email marketing and web analytics

● Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively

● The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines

● Min. 3 years of experience in writing for a B2C audience

● Experience with HTML & MS Office tools

● Exposure in BFSI/Fintech in payments would be an advantage
