Job Description
- Someone with strong hands-on experience in ad operations and campaign strategy on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Worked on mid- to large-scale app campaigns for at least 3 years.
- Good in analyzing the campaign performance, monitoring, and optimizations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with a digital marketing agency for multiple clients or with an app-based company.
- Exceptional strategic and operational expertise with performance channels Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of the Facebook Ads platform, App Campaigns, audience research, in-app events, optimizations, pixels, automated app campaigns etc.
- Experience working on Facebook Ads Manager is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to write and optimize ad content
- Ability to execute experiments and A/B tests
- Should be comfortable with numbers, analysis, and reporting.
- Analytical and experimental mindset towards performance management.
- Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Comfortable with start-up environment and hustle culture.
- Should be self driven with an ability to own the internal projects/tasks independently and prioritize the impact and urgency.
