Roles and Responsibilities: Relationship Manager - Agency Support

• Agency Onboarding & Allocation: Oversee the onboarding process for new agencies and manage the allocation of agencies for billing purposes.
• Team Coordination & Collaboration : Collaborate with the Tech team, Finance team to ensure timely and accurate monthly agency updates and processes. Act as the primary liaison between the agency support function and the Finance team to ensure smooth and accurate agency payouts and handle invoicing matters.
• Issue Resolution: Work closely with the respective collection teams to address and resolve any discrepancies related to agency performance, ensuring prompt resolution.
• MIS Management: Maintain and manage the related Management Information System (MIS) for agency operations, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
• Training and Process Implementation: Lead the training efforts for new and existing processes, ensuring smooth process implementation and adherence.
• Data Management: Oversee the management of MIS related to collection operations, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Process Automation: Drive initiatives for process automation, particularly in areas such as agency allocation, billing, and audits.
