Job Description: Relationship Manager - Insurance

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the distribution of Motor, Life, Health Insurance, and other new products being launched by the organization in the designated region.
• Building and overseeing a team of POSPs (Point of Salespersons) in the insurance domain.
• Managing the complete POSP journey, ensuring regular engagement and providing ongoing support.
• Providing training to POSPs to enhance their capability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Achieving sales targets assigned by the organization or reporting manager.
• Ensuring strict adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Exhibiting professionalism and maintaining the highest ethical standards in all interactions.

• Qualifications:
• Education: bachelors or masters degree in business/marketing.
• Experience: 2-6 years in insurance sales or channel partner management.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, MS Office proficiency, and data analysis.
• Certifications: IRDAI certification (preferred).
