Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role as an Risk Management Centre Manager-Insurance at Centricity WealthTech in Dehradun.
- The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing team operations, providing exceptional customer service and overseeing insurance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and train team members.
- Set clear performance goals and expectations.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action as needed.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with insurance operations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
