Repayments - Team Lead

Location: Pune (Aundh) - Work From Office

Opportunity: Join our dynamic team as a Repayments Team Leader and contribute to the financial well-being of our customers by assisting them in managing their outstanding credit card bills.

Experience Range: 5-12 years in service industry, in handling a team associates in outbound tele-calling, customer service or collections. Collection experience will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and develop a group of 10-15 repayments specialist
• Sound understanding of tele-calling KPIs and input metrics
• Deliver strong achievement of objectives across functional and organizational goals
• Should have led and delivered on key initiatives leading to process improvement and efficiencies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with peers across the network
• Effectively manage operational issues, concerns and performance results
• Achieve high levels of colleague engagement and motivation
• Understand drivers of performance improvement and collaborate with Decision Science to improve repayment strategies
• Lead by example and encouraging an effective and positive work environment
• Built a talent pipeline by identifying colleagues with high potential across teams

Qualifications:

• Graduate with service industry experience
• Collections knowledge is preferred
