We Are Hiring Executives / Team Leaders / Managers For The Collection Process Of Multinational, Indian Banks And NBFC's.

You Will Be Responsible For Calling and Collecting The Outstanding Dues Of The Customers.

Preferred candidate profile

DRA-CERTIFIED (Debt Recovery Agent) Executives Are Preferred.

Candidates Are Required To Have Relevant Job Experience For This Job.

Responsibilities:

As a Debt Recovery Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Initiating calls to customers to discuss and collect outstanding dues.
• Negotiating payment plans and settlements with customers.
• Maintaining accurate records of all communications and payment agreements.
• Following up with customers to ensure compliance with payment arrangements.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues effectively.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• DRA Certification (Debt Recovery Agent) is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade customers to fulfill their financial obligations.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
