Assistant Collections Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for Credit Card Collection, Banking Collection, and Recovery Operations.
  
• Oversee outbound calling activities to resolve customer queries and concerns related to credit card payments.
  
• Handle calls from customers, negotiate settlements, and implement collection strategies to minimize delinquencies.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for collections management.
  
• Analyze performance metrics such as DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and TAT (Turnaround Time) to optimize collection processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in BPO operations in collections management.
  
• Strong understanding of banking collection, credit card collection, and recovery operations processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
