Job Description

The position of an Assistant Manager of Training involves overseeing and managing the training and development programs within an organization. This includes designing, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance, as well as aligning training strategies with business goals. The Assistant Manager is responsible for leading a team, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring effective learning experiences to support employee growth and organizational success.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers, offering guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and enhance employee capabilities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and performance metrics.
• Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate with 1 year AM Training experience on paper can apply.
• Should have Excellent communication skills.
• Should be from BPO background.
• Comfortable to work in rotational shifts
