Planning to ensure better planning for concern section of procurementwith monthly dispatch plan to ensure timely procurement of all items in store .Coordination with other departments to cooridnate with PPC and user department so as to avoid breakdown of machines by ensuring availability of spares and necessary AMC's review to review pending PO and PR and follow up .TO ensure keeping a check on inventory and disposal of non moving / dead inventory .
