Key Responsibilities: ·Training & Development: Participate in rotational training assignments across different departments (e.g., operations, finance, business development, project management, engineering, etc.) to gain a well-rounded understanding of the renewable energy sector. ·Project Support: Assist in managing and supporting renewable energy projects from inception through to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams. ·Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and provide data-driven insights into trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes within the renewable energy industry. ·Process Improvement: Identify and contribute to the development and implementation of strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing service delivery. ·Reporting: Assist in preparing regular reports, presentations, and updates on project status, financial performance, and industry developments. ·Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, such as clients, vendors, and regulators, to ensure smooth execution of projects and adherence to timelines. ·Sustainability Initiatives: Support the company’s sustainability goals by analyzing and recommending opportunities for innovation and improvement in renewable energy solutions. Qualifications: ·Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Renewable Energy, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. ·Skills & Competencies: oStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. oExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. oAbility to work both independently and as part of a team. oA keen interest in renewable energy technologies and sustainability. oProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). oKnowledge of renewable energy policies, trends, and market dynamics is a plus. Preferred Experience: ·Internships or project experience in the renewable energy sector. ·Familiarity with project management tools, renewable energy software, or sustainability frameworks.
