Job Description
- 12-15 years of experience of Account Management/Business Development in ecommerce/Agri Tech industries with an experience/ comfort of dealing with government officials/organisations Mission aligned companies.
- Managing and growing relationships with key clients/partners including but not limited to Central and State officials, SFAC, NABARD, FPOs/ CBBOs in the Agri sector and ONDC/ Network Partners/Platforms/Sellers etc engaging proactively to understand their goals and challenges and offering solutions that align with their needs.
- High Energy Level- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- Goal Focussed- Aligned with deliverables on a weekly/monthly and quarterly level
- Comfortable with Data Handling related with the sectors at the macro and micro level. Familiar with tableau/Excel/PPT
- Passion for the sector and has a long term perspective. Has demonstrated significant value creation in previous roles through long term contribution. Has a perspective on India growth story and the role of non-profits in it
- Flexibility to adapt and learn within an incubation program
- Strong leadership capability in building and managing high-performing teams. Promote a positive, diverse, and inclusive culture aligned with foundations values.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication abilities, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
