Job Description
- Responsible for opening up channels andpartnerships for India especially employer channel
- Develop the employer channel in the identifiedregions and sectors.
- Develop the Employer Channel by signing up top 50employers in top 50 domains (Healthcare, retail, ITES, hospitality, Beautywellness, manufacturing and ESDM).
- Strategize to Expand the Business in India \u2013 especiallyin Self Serve
- Responsible for identifying and implementing newbusiness models.
- Determining platforms and channels suitable forthe company\u2019s business goals
- Signup with Edtech skilling platforms /employer platforms (10 bigaccounts) by 2025
- Representing Wadhwani Foundation withstakeholders (Partner connect, employer connect, student connect, andGovernment connect)
- Creating employers\u2019 network
- Operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguousenvironment with full control and responsibility of achieving objectives.
Skills & Experience
- 20+years of experience working in the Business Development, Account Management andoperations.
