• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the companys mission and objectives
• Drive organizational change management and lead HR transformation initiatives
• Develop and implement performance management systems to drive individual and organizational success.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, industrial relations policies, and health & safety regulations.
• Oversee HR audits and address any areas of non-compliance promptly.
• Utilize HR information systems (HRIS) for effective tracking and reporting of HR metrics.
• Develop regular reports to provide insights into HR performance, trends, and key business outcomes.
