Sr Executive-HR Operation

We are looking for an HR professional to manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and records maintenance. The role involves payroll processing, compliance with labor laws, and benefits administration. Responsibilities include HRIS management, ensuring data accuracy, and process improvements. Additionally, handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR operations within TAT.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Lifecycle Management:- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes,  Act as a point of contact for employee queries with in TAT- Maintain employee records, agreements, and personal information and documents in HRIS2. Payroll, Compliance & Benefits Management:- Ontime payroll management and ensuring compliance towards labour law- Administer employee benefits, including insurance, leave, and other programs- Address employee queries related to payroll, tax deductions, and benefits
3. HR Systems & Process Improvement:- Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure data accuracy- Identify and implement HR process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectivenes
