Key Responsibilities:
- HR Software Adoption and Management: Lead the integration, optimization, and management of HR software, ensuring the accurate maintenance of HRIS and other tools. Provide training to employees and HR teams to maximize utilization and effectiveness.
- HR Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze key HR metrics, including employee engagement, turnover, and retention, generating regular reports to highlight trends and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and document HR workflows to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance, continuously evaluating for areas of improvement and automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement streamlined processes.
- Communication Excellence: Create and draft clear, professional HR policies, announcements, and process guides. Serve as the point of contact for HR-related communications, ensuring prompt, effective responses and consistency in templates and communication formats.
- HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, providing strategic advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development to drive organizational success.
Skills and Competencies:
- Process-Driven: Expertise in creating, refining, and executing efficient HR workflows.
- HR Technology Proficiency: Skilled in HRIS, payroll systems, and other HR tools.
- Speed and Efficiency: Executes tasks with speed and accuracy, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Analytical Expertise: Advanced data analysis capabilities to extract insights and inform strategies.
- Adaptability: Quickly adjusts to changing needs, priorities, and technologies.
- Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in reporting and documentation.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Extensive experience in HR operations, with a focus on HR Operations, process optimization and technology.
- Certifications in HR or analytics (e.g., SHRM, Six Sigma, or Tableau) are a plus.
