Associate/Sr. Associate - Talent Acquisition (HR)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organization.
  
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with suitable candidate profiles.
  
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment against job descriptions.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (HR).
  
• Strong understanding of bulk hiring, campus hiring, leadership hiring, stakeholder management, talent acquisition processes.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
