• Scheduling interviews across all the location.
• Co- Ordinating with stakeholder for smooth execution of process.
• Salary negotiation & Making job offers.
• Working on dashboard & ATS
• Meeting the TAT of hiring.
• Achieving monthly offers & Joining numbers

Job requirements-

• Should have Excellent Communication skill
• Should possess influencing & negotiating skills with an analytical framework in place
• Ability to deliver in target driven frame work
• Should have good head hunting & Sourcing skills
• Self-motivated, Positive attitude Ambitious & Result oriented approach as essential attribute.
