Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for our organization. You will be responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating job offers, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers to identify their recruitment needs and develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
• Utilize a variety of recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and other recruitment tools to attract top talent.
• Conduct end to end recruitment activities
• Facilitate candidate feedback and decision making process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Negotiate job offers with successful candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
• Manage the hiring process and provide a positive candidate experience:
• Manage the end to end hiring process, from initial screening to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure that candidates are kept informed throughout the hiring process, and that they receive timely feedback.
• Provide candidates with a positive experience by being professional, responsive, and helpful.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Desired profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
• Proven track record of success in recruiting and hiring top talent.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
