Job Summary:
- The Assistant Brand Manager will work closely with the Brand Manager to develop and implement marketing plans, conduct market research, manage advertising campaigns, and analyze brand performance.
- This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for building brands.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Support: Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies, including brand positioning, messaging, and target audience identification.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for brand growth.
- Marketing Plan Execution: Support the implementation of marketing plans across various channels, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, public relations, and events.
- Advertising Campaign Management: Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns, working closely with agencies and internal teams.
- Digital Marketing: Contribute to the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and content marketing.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing brand budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost effectiveness.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor brand performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports on brand health and campaign effectiveness.
- Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to provide input on new product development and product improvements.
- Sales Support: Work closely with sales teams to provide marketing materials and support sales initiatives.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
- Brand Asset Management: Manage brand assets, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks related to brand management, such as preparing presentations, managing invoices, and coordinating meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing or brand management (minimum [Number] years).
- Internship experience will be considered.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Creative and innovative thinker.
- Passion for building brands and creating impactful marketing campaigns.
