- Oversee the complete client onboarding process and ensure seamless closures.
- Translate brand elements into actionable plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Build connections with identified brands/companies and forge strong business relationships.
- Understand clients' businesses, identify their marketing challenges, and gather campaign briefs.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns based on clients' briefs, securing approvals and ensuring successful implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign performance and adherence to commitments.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and analyze competitors' activities to inform strategy.
- Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.
- Prepare daily task reports and ensure transparency in campaign execution and performance reporting.
- Foster a culture of high performance and innovation within the team.
