Executive / Sr. Executive - HR (Recruitment)

This position will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the timely hiring of skilled professionals (staff to operators at plant level) to meet business needs. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles in manufacturing, including blue-collar and white-collar positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other hiring channels.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws in the hiring process
• Hiring of new entrants in SAP system
• Generation of offer and appointment letter thru system
• collecting and collating one month, three month and Six month feedback after joining in org.
• Must be able to create the daily MIS/Tracker of the recruitment for daily/weekly/monthly meeting.
• Apprentice hiring (NAPS/NATS)

Other requirement:

• MBA - HR / BBA - HR
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have worked in plant.

Must be able to join within 15 days or immediate joiner is preferred.
