Human Resource Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Conduct campus drive by coordinating with various collage placement officer.
Screen resumes, conduct first round interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to offer acceptance.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with hiring progress.
Assist in employer branding efforts through social media and job postings.
Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.

Onboarding & Employee Integration:
Facilitate the pre-onboarding process and document collection.
Conduct HR inductions and ensure new hires have a smooth onboarding experience.
Coordinate with IT, Admin, and other departments for necessary arrangements.

HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain and update recruitment records, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and LinkedIn recruiting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple openings and work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
