**Recruitment Support:

• Assist in posting job openings on job boards, social media, and company websites.
• Help screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in conducting initial phone screenings or pre-interview assessments.
