Human Resource Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assisting in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Supporting the onboarding process, including preparing documentation and introducing new hires to company policies.
• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
• Assisting in drafting offer letters, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
