Human Resource Intern

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Human Resource Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our hiring and recruitment processes. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Sourcing Candidates:
   
• Posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Searching for potential candidates using online tools and databases.
2. Cold Calling:
   
• Making cold calls to prospective candidates to introduce them to available job opportunities.
• Providing information about the role and gauging their interest.
3. Screening Candidates:
   
• Conducting initial screening rounds to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability.
• Shortlisting resumes based on job requirements.
4. Interview Management:
   
• Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Coordinating with department heads and managers for interview timelines.
• Ensuring seamless communication between candidates and interviewers.
5. Documentation:
   
• Maintaining accurate records of candidate profiles and interview feedback.
• Preparing regular reports on recruitment progress.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Prior experience in recruitment (preferred but not mandatory).
