Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and candidate management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job portals, social media, and databases.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate details and hiring status.
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
• Assist in onboarding processes and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and hiring platforms is a plus.
