Recruiter

Roles Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for various positions, including development and non-development roles.
• Source and attract candidates through job postings, social media, professional networks, and other innovative methods.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews, including technical assessments for development roles.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
• Negotiate offers and effectively communicate terms and conditions of employment with candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and recruitment activity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, with a successful track record of hiring both technical and non-technical profiles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and negotiate with candidates.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
• Experience in sourcing and recruiting technical profiles, including developers and engineers.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Past Experience in recruiting for a web development agency or tech company.
• Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment tools and platforms.
