Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding for open positions.
Sourcing and Screening:
Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and headhunting. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure seamless communication and follow-ups.
Job Postings:
Write and publish job descriptions on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and company career portals.
Candidate Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and create a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Market Research and Talent Pool Development:
Keep track of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to attract top talent.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, metrics, and feedback. Provide regular reports on recruitment performance and progress.
