HR Recruiter

Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: Minimum 1 year required
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Working Days: 5.5 days a week

• 1st and 3rd Saturdays are off
  Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidates.
• Schedule and conduct virtual interviews.
• Maintain and update the candidate database.
• Ensure seamless communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with online recruitment tools and platforms.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
