The Human Resources department, led by Deepika Maheshwari, appears ineffective in addressing employee grievances, failing to provide adequate support or resolution. Furthermore, there are individuals who have been part of the organization for over a decade and appear to exploit their positions, particularly in relation to female employees. The management team is unreliable and lacks integrity, with instances of dishonesty affecting not only employees but also clients and students. This sentiment is not solely based on personal experience but is echoed by numerous former employees who, after enduring similar treatment, deeply regret their decision to join the organization.
