Fixed working hours..No expectation of working on weekends/beyond work hours. Managers/management is cooperative on granting leaves..

Dislikes

There is absolutely no job security. Management doesn't follow even the basic ethics of prior intimation of a month's notice. The pay is considerably low too.

Work gives scope of learning on diverse topics. Short-term training is provided but management is too ill-behaved and often use unparliamentary language/offensive words for employees during meetings.
