Executive / Jr. Manager - TPM

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor TPM methodologies across the manufacturing plant to improve equipment reliability and process efficiency.
• Drive Planned Maintenance (PM) pillars to ensure proactive machine care and minimal breakdowns.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for recurring breakdowns and equipment failures.
• Develop and execute a Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PPM) strategy to enhance asset utilization and reduce maintenance costs.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for maintenance processes.
• Train shop floor operators and maintenance personnel on TPM best practices, 5S, and continuous improvement techniques.
• Monitor key TPM metrics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
• Lead Kaizen and Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to optimize plant operations and improve cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards in maintenance operations.
• Report TPM progress and improvement plans to senior management.
