Role & responsibilities
1. Develops and implements audit TPM strategy and defines the external certification scheme.
2. Prepares Management Review Meeting reports-MRM/MCM & MOM and action plan preparation
3. Prepare Business review meeting (BRM)/Operation review meeting (ORM)/SMG data
4. Preparation of LEAP data
5. Kaizen TEI Improvement in plant
6. 12 Pillar Audit co-ordination
7. Actively involved and committed to the implementation of all the companys policies in all aspects of the job function.
8. Owns the audit process descriptions and related documents to define standardized processes.
9. BRSR data updation on opex, TPM Audit updation in opex.
10. Plans, performs, coordinates, and follows-up on internal & external system and meetings of continual Improvement.
11. Communication & training to all concerned including customer expectations & customer requirements (CSR).
12. Monthly KPI report, needs to update before 5th working day of every month
13. Participate fully in company projects through personal involvement when required in a timely manner.
14. Ensure all system procedures are maintained at all times & effectiveness needs to be monitored.
15. Represent company for 12 Pillar audits.
16. Supports the continuous optimization of the running production & process with respect to quality topics.
17. Monthly & Weekly Department review meeting plan with management team along with team member.

Preferred candidate profile
Qualification :-
BE/B Tech Mechanical/Automobile/Production.
Experience :-
2 to 7 years of experience from OEM / Tier I / Tier II auto components sheet metal industry.
