Product Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes. Identify opportunities and threats in the market that can impact the Product.
• Data Collection: Gather and collect data related to the product, including user feedback, usage metrics, and sales data. Utilize tools like surveys, analytics platforms, and customer feedback channels.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to gather and document product requirements. Ensure that the product aligns with business goals and user needs.
• Roadmap Contribution: Contribute to the development of the product roadmap by providing data-driven recommendations and insights. Help prioritize features and enhancements based on their potential impact.

Skills & Qualifications

• Industry and Tech Experience:
• SQL should be hands of experience
• E-commerce / Catalog Experience in any of the formats will work but candidates should be aware of E-commerce industry.
• API: Postman collection tool experience
• Understanding Business requirements and creating BRD / FRD / Etc
• Creating UI UX / Basic Wire Framing
• Testing and Releasing feature Experience.
• Knowledge of the product management tools Jira / Confluence / Figma / Vision.io Etc
• Proficient in data collection tools and databases, such as Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics
• Strong communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments.
• Time management skills.
