Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute a global marketing strategy to position Vinculum as a leader in SaaS-based Product Information, Omnichannel Order Orchestration, Warehouse Management and allied Supply Chain solutions, Analytics.
- Align marketing initiatives with corporate objectives, collaborating closely with Inside Sales, Sales, and Product teams.
- Drive international growth with tailored strategies for key markets such as India, GCC, Southeast Asia, and beyond, ensuring scalability and adaptability.
Data-Driven Marketing Excellence:
- Build a robust data-driven approach to monitor and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring high ROI and efficient resource utilization.
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics across all target markets.
Examples:
India: 75 MQLs/month (1800 MQLs/year)
GCC: 60 MQLs/month (900 MQLs/year)
Southeast Asia: 30 MQLs/month (780 MQLs/year)
- Leverage analytics tools and AI-driven platforms to continuously refine marketing strategies based on performance insights and predictive analytics.
Engagement with Analysts and Industry Experts:
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry analysts like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC to enhance Vinculum's visibility and credibility.
- Collaborate with analysts to position Vinculum favorably in reports, evaluations, and industry benchmarking.
- Engage with Product Managers to align product marketing strategies with analyst feedback and recommendations.
Strong Written and Spoken Communication:
- Craft compelling marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
- Deliver high-impact presentations independently at industry events, client meetings, and webinars.
- Act as the company's spokesperson at conferences and panels, showcasing thought leadership in Retail, eCommerce, and Supply Chain domains.
Expertise in ICPs, Buyer Personas, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and Buyer Personas.
- Implement AI-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies tailored to high-value accounts, driving personalized engagement and pipeline growth.
- Use AI insights and predictive modeling to design targeted campaigns that resonate with decision-makers.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Synergy:
- Partner with Product Managers to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and product roadmaps.
- Work with Inside Sales, Sales, and Customer Success teams to create cohesive lead nurturing and engagement strategies.
- Ensure unified messaging across marketing, sales, and product teams.
Technology and Tool Mastery:
- Leverage advanced marketing tools like Freshworks (CRM), marketing automation platforms, SEO tools, and AI-powered social media management systems to optimize campaigns.
- Use AI-driven tools for predictive analytics, campaign personalization, lead scoring, and dynamic content generation.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt cutting-edge AI technologies to maintain Vinculum's competitive edge.
Building and Leading a Vibrant Team:
- Lead and mentor a young, vibrant marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
- Encourage experimentation, providing a safe environment to test new ideas and strategies.
- Set clear goals for team development, including retention metrics and skill-building initiatives in AI-driven marketing.
Client Engagement and Thought Leadership:
- Engage with clients, advisory boards, and partners to gather insights and refine marketing strategies.
- Deliver thought leadership content, including blogs, webinars, and whitepapers, to establish Vinculum as an industry leader.
- Represent Vinculum independently at global events, showcasing expertise and building brand credibility.
Global Brand Management and Awareness:
- Strengthen Vinculum's brand narrative across all markets, emphasizing leadership in product content syndication, omnichannel orchestration, and WMS.
- Drive PR, social media, and content strategies to enhance visibility in regions like India, GCC, Southeast Asia, and new geographies.
- Leverage AI-powered tools for sentiment analysis and social listening to refine brand positioning and strategy.
Revenue Growth and Demand Generation:
- Set and achieve lead generation targets across all target markets, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
- Optimize the lead-to-revenue funnel using insights from AI-driven analytics, ABM strategies, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Focus on high conversion rates and pipeline acceleration through AI-enhanced lead scoring and prioritization.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging the team to test new tools, strategies, and campaigns.
- Benchmark Vinculum's marketing strategies against competitors and adopt best practices.
- Incorporate feedback from clients, internal teams, and analysts to enhance marketing initiatives with AI-driven recommendations.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage the global marketing budget efficiently, prioritizing initiatives with high ROI.
- Develop a scalable resource plan to support Vinculum's expansion into new markets.
- Balance investments in AI technology, talent, and campaigns to maximize outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a senior marketing leader in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of Retail, eCommerce, and Supply Chain domains.
- Expertise in AI-driven marketing, ICP development, buyer personas, and ABM.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with analysts and represent the company in public forums.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools, AI-driven CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
- A track record of scaling brands globally and delivering measurable results.
