Position: Marketing Manager / Marketing Specialist / Digital Marketing Manager

Type: Full-time, Field Role

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, arrange meetings, and promote the companys products and services.

Field Marketing: Conduct on-site client visits to present offerings, build relationships, and drive sales.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns during client interactions to enhance engagement and drive conversions.

Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate and convert leads into sales opportunities.

Market Research: Analyze market trends, understand client needs, and provide feedback for product or service enhancements.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies and deliverables.

Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5–10 years in marketing, field sales, or client engagement, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns and their implementation during client interactions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in using marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven ability to manage large-scale marketing campaigns.
