Job Title: Recruitment Manager Staffing Business

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our
recruitment efforts in a fast-paced staffing business. This role requires a strategic and
results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the staffing industry and the
ability to manage a high-performing team. The Recruitment Manager will play a key role
in driving the business forward by ensuring that we consistently deliver top talent to our
clients while maintaining a focus on revenue generation and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Recruitment Leadership:
o Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our
clients while achieving revenue targets.
o Lead the recruitment team in sourcing, interviewing, and placing
candidates in temporary, contract, and permanent roles that drive
business growth.
o Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing requirements
and create tailored recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
• Revenue-Driven Recruitment:
o Ensure that recruitment efforts directly contribute to the companies
revenue by filling client roles efficiently and cost-effectively.
o Monitor recruitment performance and ensure that teams meet placement
targets, service level agreements (SLAs), and financial goals.
o Work closely with the business development team to identify
opportunities for upselling and expanding service offerings to clients.
• Team Management & Development:
o Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, setting clear expectations and
performance goals.
Provide ongoing training and support to ensure that team members are
equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in a
competitive staffing market.
o Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the
recruitment team, focused on achieving targets and client satisfaction.
• Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat
business and a deep understanding of their recruitment needs.
o Act as the main point of contact for key clients and stakeholders,
ensuring recruitment solutions meet their expectations and timelines.
o Conduct regular client reviews to ensure high levels of satisfaction and
identify opportunities for new business.
• Data-Driven Recruitment Strategy:
o Use recruitment data, KPIs, and analytics to drive decisions and improve
team performance.
o Analyse market trends, candidate data, and client feedback to refine
recruitment processes and improve client satisfaction.
o Prepare reports on recruitment metrics, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire to
assess and improve staffing efficiency.
• Compliance & Best Practices:
o Ensure recruitment processes comply with industry regulations,
employment laws, and client-specific requirements.
o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of staffing industry trends, best practices,
and compliance regulations to keep the recruitment team aligned with
industry standards.
• Business Development Support:
o Collaborate with the sales team to support new business acquisition and
expand client relationships through successful recruitment solutions.
o Participate in client meetings and pitch presentations, showcasing the
companys ability to deliver high-quality staffing services.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related
field.
• 10+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 4 years in a managerial role
within a staffing or recruitment agency.
• Proven experience in placing candidates across a range of industries and roles
(temporary, contract, permanent).
• Strong track record in achieving revenue targets and driving business growth
through recruitment.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• In-depth understanding of staffing industry trends, client needs, and competitive
landscape.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment CRM tools, and
other staffing software.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use recruitment data and metrics to
improve processes and drive results.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to staffing and
recruitment.
