Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting the SAP FICO module, with a strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes. The role requires an individual with expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, particularly someone who has been part of at least one SAP migration project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Configuration: Perform detailed analysis, configuration, and testing of the SAP FICO module, including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), in accordance with business requirements.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO-related issues.
• Migration Experience: Lead and/or participate in SAP system migration projects, ensuring smooth data transfer and integration from legacy systems to SAP.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as SAP MM, SD, and other departments to ensure seamless integration.
• User Training & Documentation: Conduct training sessions for end-users and prepare necessary documentation and manuals.
• Customization & Optimization: Suggest and implement improvements to the existing SAP FICO system to enhance efficiency.
• Reporting: Design and develop reports using SAP tools and ensure accurate financial reporting in SAP.
• Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, monitoring, and execution for SAP FICO-related tasks.

Mandatory Skills:

• At least 1 full-cycle SAP FICO Migration Project experience (migration from legacy systems to SAP or between SAP systems).
• Strong experience in configuring and supporting SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP CO (Controlling) modules.
• Good understanding of integration points between SAP FICO and other modules like MM, SD, and PP.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred).
• Knowledge of financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at different levels.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP BW is a plus.
• Understanding of the end-to-end process in financial operations and reporting in SAP.
• Familiarity with the latest SAP tools and technologies.

Education:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
