Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP PPQM Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong understanding of the SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules, with hands-on experience in configuration, support, and migration projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in SAP, including at least one successful migration project.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our SAP PPQM systems are optimized to meet business requirements, providing end-to-end support and maintenance, and ensuring smooth implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the SAP PPQM module in implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP PPQM solutions for production planning, quality management, and related processes.
• Participate in at least one full-cycle migration project, ensuring data transfer, testing, and post-migration support.
• Configure SAP PP and QM modules per client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Perform gap analysis and offer solutions to enhance existing system functionality.
• Provide user training and support for the SAP PPQM system.
• Perform system testing (unit testing, integration testing) and ensure the smooth migration of legacy data into SAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other SAP modules (like MM, SD, WM) to ensure integration points are properly handled.
• Resolve post-implementation issues and provide ongoing system support.
• Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 3-6 years of experience working with SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP QM (Quality Management) modules.
• At least one end-to-end migration project experience in SAP, including data migration, validation, and testing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP and SAP QM configuration and process flow.
• Hands-on experience in production planning, quality management, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Ability to lead the technical and functional aspects of SAP PPQM implementations and migrations.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience in system testing, troubleshooting, and providing post-go-live support.

Desirable Skills:

• SAP Certification in PP or QM modules is a plus.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA and newer SAP technologies.
• Experience with integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, WM, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Education:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
