Exposure on Material requirement Planning, long term planning. 5. SAP shop floor configuration knowledge. 6. Cross module QM, SD, MM, CO, FI, PS, integration knowledge. 7. Should be have knowledge on end to end process of process industry 8. Worked on various incident and service request and give solution within the SLA time. 9. Understanding business requirement for any change request and design the functional document for same 10. Interaction with technical team related to new change and issue 11. Conduction UAT and providing test cases for new development 12. Fluency in Punjabi Language will be add on
